Mission

Caribbean Infrastructure Fund (CIF) partners with Caribbean governments, development

banks, public utilities, and sovereign institutions to co‑design and deliver policy‑led

infrastructure programs aligned to national and regional priorities. CIF emphasizes

credibility, long‑term partnerships, and compliance. CIF does not solicit investments from

the public.

How We Partner

• Co‑create country programs with public institutions and PPP/privatization units.

• Coordinate with development banks and sovereign entities to align with sector

strategies and fiscal frameworks.

• Support policy engagement, program design, project preparation, blended‑finance

structures, and results measurement.

• Multilingual outreach and compliance‑by‑design (ABAC, conflict‑of‑interest

management, procurement transparency).
